as guineasaurusrex said, they aren't fish. And it's a little more complicated than that. It's not every day people are killed by whales at Seaworld. The problem was that the whale wasn't being it's usual self.

OP, would you agree with the following statement: If you don't want to die in a car crash, then don't drive a car. People die doing all sorts of jobs, so when it happens once at SeaWorld all of a sudden this job is so dangerous compared to everything else?

What I am saying is that people should not want to kill an animal because it killed a human. It is a wild animal and trained or not it was doing what its instinct tells it to do. Secondly i was not trying to be disrespectful to the girl that died she was probable doing her dream job and making good money off of it and i am sorry that she died. Lastly i was disrespectful to the people that want to kill the whale, why not instead put the whale back into the wild and train another whale.

And whether or not you meant to disrespect her, you did. It's just the sarcastic tone to the post that's awful.
