    They actually interviewed the guy. He said that with this disorder you have certain compulsions, and his compulsions were about obsessive cleanliness and symmetry. They went into his house and moved some stuff around, and tilted picture frames a little, and he just couldn't help having to fix them, and make everything perfect again.
