Breasts aren't kinky, nipples are. On TV, a woman's breast can be almost entirely exposed but as long as the nipple is covered, it won't be censored, amirite?

I'm from France and they don't make a big deal about it over their on public television. They show everything and nobody gets offended. Here they make such a big deal about it.
