+186 It's sad that some people now-a-days care more about abortion than they do about rape and murder. The life of an unborn fetus shouldn't be more important to them than the life of a human. Amirite?

Even from a scientific point of view, a fetus IS a human. Same genetics, same thing.

From a scientific point of view, a corpse is a human but does that make it inhumane to cremate it?

by Anonymous 11 years ago

A corpse is dead

So then I guess it being human is not a good reason not to get an abortion

by Anonymous 11 years ago

Oh I didn't mean it that way, I guess I should've said LIVING human cause that's what I meant.

I love it when pro-lifers support war and the death penalty. It's one of the most insanely hypocritical things in the world.

Hurtstorm incoming. Oh yes.

What gives you the right to end a child's life because they're inconvenient? Have you ever thought about who you might have known that never got the chance to live because their parents(or parent) made the decision to get an abortion? Your best friend. Your Prom date. Your sister's tutor in math class. Gone, because someone else made the choice as to whether they should be allowed a life, and chose no.

A fetus's heart starts beating 18 days after contraception. Just because it's not out of the mothers womb doesn't mean it's not a human... Abortion is just a legal form of murder.

From not existing, yes. But this baby did exist, and was killed, not prevented from happening.

They're the same thing. *waits for downvotes*

Yes, and they're also more concerned with abortion than about slavery and the bubonic plague. I'm exaggerating, but rape and murder are essentially universally condemned - there's no controversy over whether or not murder and rape should be legal, so people talk about the morals of them less. We still see controversial murder and rape cases on the news, but whether or not murder and rape are morally right is a nondebate, and abortion is not.
