I agree. The amount of shame I get for saying that in-person works better for some people and that some industries (yes, even some white collar jobs where work is done in an cubicle) are better served by a mostly in-person staff is insane. Not a bootlicker for choosing this kind of work and needing people to respect that I'm at work. Especially since a lot of the same people who look down on in-person jobs for office workers are the same people who will say blue collar workers are heroes even though they were still busting ass all through Covid for the rest of us.

Thank you! All the judgment and pressure is just what gets to me - I'm happy to return to an office and appreciate the difference in my life overall vs. my much more stressful work from home job, but man. I shouldn't have to feel guilty about just living my life with a commute and an office again, it's wild.
