I think they can definitely be pest but most places don't have enough cats for it to be a real problem.

My kitten was like a pokemon 😭, she would always climb on my shoulder like pikichu and she was so cute.. i let her out to use the bathroom and stuff she didn't live out there.. my gf was the one who let her out at night and I got the text saying that the cats killed her… i see what you are saying tho
