    It's so nice that the kids these days are so cautious when it comes to UV rays damaging our eyes. They're even wearing sunglasses INDOORS now, and taking hundreds of pictures of themselves to spread the word of UV-protection! amirite?

      That's a pretty good pace for seven miles. That would be considered LSD pace for most of the guys on our team. The girls would probably be running 7:30-8:00 miles.

      Ugh We have been practicing since the beginning of July. Did y'all do like a LSD pace? We did nine miles on Monday with hills. But the freshmen only had to do like 5 miles.
