I like Muse, Radiohead, Cheap Trick, Kings of Leon, Arctic Monkeys, The Vaccines, Mona, Mumford and Sons, Queen, The National, The Avett Brothers, The White Stripes, The Beatles, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Grateful Dead, Queens of the Stone Age, Miles Kane, The Strokes, The Clash, The Dead Weather, Arcade Fire, Switchfoot, The Fratellis, Franz Ferdinand, Maroon 5, and The Killers. I really love music. I play piano, violin, and bass guitar.

I enjoy Harry Potter, The Lord of the Rings, LOST, Star Wars, Fringe, The Office, The IT Crowd, Flight of the Conchords, Family Guy, Parks and Recreation, Modern Family, and Arrested Development.

I am also fascinated with writing, and movies. Maybe one day I'll be a screenwriter. Or just a novelist. That would be nice.

You can really trip yourself out if you start thinking about the magic in Harry Potter too deeply. Like, what happens when magical forces contradict? If someone's made an Unbreakable Vow but is then Imperiused to break it, do they still die? If someone drinks Felix Felicis and then attempts to kill someone who is Master of Death, do they succeed? Crazy stuff, amirite?

It'd be hilarious if within the next few days, Apple called an event to share in the memory of Steve Jobs, only to have Steve himself suddenly run onstage, announce his return as Apple's CEO, and personally unveil the iPhone 5. Some publicity stunt, amirite?
